Welcome
to the N Scale Page. N Scale,
what does this mean. "N"
indicates we are modeling in
N-scale which in North America
is a ratio of 1 to 160 or 1:160
or 1 foot in the model equals
160 feet in the real world.
N-scale trains run on 9mm track.
Standard gauge track in the
real world is 4ft 8.5 inches
between the rails. So in N-Scale
standard gauge track is represented
by 9mm track or 9mm between
the rails. N Scale is the second
most popular scale out there
This
is the official web site for
Frend Track modular railroading.
Frend Track is a standard
for N scale modular railroading
that combines the best features
of two modern modular standards,
Free-moN and Bend Track, into
one module.
We are an N-scale
model railroad group.
Members own modules built to
the N-Trak standard.
We create layouts with our modules
at public shows to help promote
model railroading.
As a club, We meet for monthly
meetings to plan shows and share
knowledge.
